I was intimidated by very authentic looking dishes on the menu, but determined to not surrender to the "American Dishes" section. After asking the nice lady, she suggested a dish that not only was acceptable to my somewhat unadventurous Western pallet, but was absolutely delicious. The service couldn't have been quicker or friendlier.

This place is pretty great. It's authentic, too - the first time I went the special was pig ear salad. I haven't tried so many things on the menu but I've liked almost everything I've tried. The lunch specials are a good value.

One step through the door.. one dish out the door.. I found the answer to my 35 year quest for authentic Chinese food.. true legit authentic quality Chinese food!!! The gods have blessed me! Hands down the primo!
